Shipping policy

All merchandise sold in "as is" condition. To avoid the 4% Credit Card surcharge, payments can be made with Cash, Check, or Wire/ACH.

Vintage Furniture & DecorĀ  Shipping Quote Process
Due to the unique size, weight, and fragility of our vintage furniture and decor items, shipping costs are not included in the listed price and are quoted separately after purchase.
When you purchase a vintage furniture or decor item, you will select one of the following fulfillment options at checkout:

Customer Pickup - Available from our Locust Valley, NY or West Palm Beach, FL locations, based on where the item is held.

Receive Shipping Quote - If requested, we can assist with arranging a moving company to ship items purchased. Our team will follow up with a shipping quote within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
Upon receiving your shipping quote, you will have 3 business days to approve or decline. If approved, shipping charges will be processed and your item will be prepared for shipment. All shipping quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are provided.

If the shipping quote is declined, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price at no additional charge. This is an exception to our standard all-sales-final policy and applies only when a shipping quote is declined within the 3-business-day approval window. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, the order may be canceled and the item relisted for sale.

Pickup & Storage
All purchases not picked within 5 business days will incur a storage fee. Pickup is available from our Locust Valley, NY or West Palm Beach, FL locations.

All shipments are insured to the full retail value of the item(s).
